Prices are based on a time and date. minimum spend is required. A signed contract and 20% deposit of minimum spend are required to secure the date for the buy out.

The space • 500sq ft - (include a floor plan and pic gallery of room in website update) For larger groups, we highly recommend a site visit. • 30 seated / 55 standing reception • No stairs/ we are wheelchair accessible with large wheelchair accessible washroom • 2 single stall/Gender Neutral washrooms Parking • No private parking is available. Pay parking lot in close proximity. Street parking is available but limited Decors • All decor is to be provided by the guest • Decor requests provided by The Chickadee Room require an additional 10% decor fee on-top of the rental fee.

• Daytime after 11 am can be discussed for a fee. • Regular buyout hours are 4 pm - 1 am (see brochure for seatings and prices. I added it to this email)

A DJ can be recommended/hired by The Chickadee Room, however, it is paid for by the host. AV/tech hookups are available. The Chickadee Room does not provide any equipment. AV equipment/All tech available • Laptop • HDMI connection • 2 TV's • RCA & Microphone hook up (no DJ equipment or Microphones in-house) • Music via Spotify or Apple Music, Sound system - guests can bring their own device

• Fully licensed - Outside alcohol is prohibited • Outside food is allowed if discussed ahead of time. A cake-cutting fee will be added if service is required. • Possibility to cater your event through our sister restaurant's kitchen, Juke Fried Chicken. Their kitchen is celiac-friendly. Peanuts are used in some menu items.

Smaller groups under 20ppl. Separate bills are possible for drinks.
